What is The Stretch Zone?

The Stretch Zone is an online Wellbeing Hub and mind gym for busy people who cannot get to a wellness class or gym due to being time poor or having commitments which prevent having the time to go to a class in the evenings.

You want a home practice that is adapted to you and your ever-changing needs.

Kelly has the perfect solution for you.

As a busy single mum she can relate to all of those. Looking after family members often leaves little time for your own needs.

Kelly goes live every week for one hour in The Stretch Zone.

Each week is quite different and goes with the energy of the group. You do not need to join in live as each class or meditation are saved and put into units.

There are some classes that are an hour, 20 minutes and as little as 8 minutes so you can always find a class that suits you. There are classes to uplift, make you stronger, more flexible, help you sleep, relax you and stretch your mind. Giving you confidence and make new friends and support each other.

I’ve been to a few different yoga type classes, and I can honestly say Kelly's are the best I've been too! Her instructions are very clear, and the classes are always tailored to what her students’ needs are! She is an extremely kind and caring soul, and I couldn't think of anyone better to have your yoga/Pilates journey with! I never seem to get on as well with any other class!
